The clubhouse is great for any kind of party or meeting. There is a $50 rental charge plus a required deposit of $150 to cover damages. If no damages are identified following the rental, the deposit is returned.
The clubhouse is located at 663 Wade Road.
To reserve the clubhouse, complete the Clubhouse Reservation Agreement and email the completed form to customerservice@beaconmanagementservices.com.

Once the Agreement is processed and fees are paid, your reservation will be added to the Calendar.
Beacon Management Services will destroy the security deposit check if no damage is reported.
After a clubhouse reservation a inspection of the clubhouse by a representative from the property management company or the BOD, you may have your deposit check returned or held for up to one year for subsequent reservations.

The pool is open only during the summer season, from mid-May to October, from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Pool hours are subject to change by the Board of Directors (BOD) for maintenance and repairs as required.
Use of the pool is open to all homeowners of the Creekstone HOA in good financial standing.
To gain access to the pool, contact Beacon Management to arrange picking up a pool fob at help@creekstonehoa.org or by calling their office at (256) 880-1000.
